The contrast is disgustingly bad. The resolution is not sufficient (but then again, I suspected)... a Pity, because the device is easy to use, and especially independent. Excellent product as a replacement for a Canoscan Lide 80 a little tired. True to the brand. Adaptation is easy, scanner is quick and quiet. Delivery faster than forecast. I received what I was expecting. Only small difficulty to find and understand how to install the software. But nothing to say about the product received. Perfectly in line with my expectations. The pen scanner is fulfilled very well its role. I have not yet used over the long term. I admit to having been surprised by the versatility, the quality of digitizing, and processing tools of this scanner. Its ability to scan (1) of the film negative (or positive) in 38mm and 120 mm, and (2) photos and documents, with the resolutions and color depths ébouriffantes, is (in my opinion) without équivalent. De most software available are of high quality. The retouching of the scans, for example, proves to be powerful, scalable, and very efficient.
